1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Unstack app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Use of License
Unstack grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your devices. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app or any part of it.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- **Pro Features**: Unstack offers a "Pro" subscription that unlocks unlimited AI scans, cloud sync (if applicable), and priority support.
- **Billing**: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID account.
- **Renewal**: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- **Cancellation**: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of the documents you scan and store.
- You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device to protect your stored data.
5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Unstack uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents. While we strive for high accuracy, AI services may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading results (e.g., wrong dates or totals). You should always verify critical information (such as tax amounts or legal deadlines) manually. We are not liable for errors in analysis.
6. Limitation of Liability
Unstack and its developers are not liable for any loss of data, missed deadlines, or financial losses resulting from the use of this app or reliance on its AI analysis. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
