Terms of Service for TalkToTask

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TalkToTask (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Voice-to-Action Utility

TalkToTask utilizes AI to transcribe and organize voice data into structured tasks and summaries.

3. Accuracy & Productivity Disclaimer

The App is a productivity tool. AI-generated transcriptions and task extracts are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Mactrix XR Space is not liable for missed deadlines, misinterpreted tasks, or loss of information due to AI parsing errors.

4. AI Processing Limits

* **Pro Plan**: Grants expanded limits for the 'Magic Pen' and transcription length.

* **Abuse**: Automating high-volume requests through the App interface is prohibited and may result in temporary suspension.

5. Ownership of Data

You maintain full ownership of the transcripts and task lists generated by the App. All data is stored locally on your device.

6. Subscriptions

Processing is handled via Apple/Google billing. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled 24 hours prior to expiration.

7. No Professional Warranty

TalkToTask is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial assistants. Do not rely solely on the App for critical professional records without manual review.

8. Liability Limits

Mactrix XR Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

9. Governing Law

Subject to local jurisdiction and industrial standards for SaaS mobile applications.
