2. Use of License

TalkToTask grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your devices. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

- **Pro Features**: TalkToTask offers a Pro subscription unlocking the "Magic Pen" rewriting tool and enhanced formatting capabilities.

- **Billing**: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

- **Renewal**: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off.

- **Cancellation**: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

4. User Responsibilities

- You are responsible for the content of your recordings.

- You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes.

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

TalkToTask uses artificial intelligence to transcribe and summarize audio. AI services may occasionally misinterpret audio or generate incorrect results. Please verify critical tasks and transcriptions manually.

6. Limitation of Liability

TalkToTask and its developers are not liable for any loss of data, missed tasks, or consequences resulting from AI transcription errors. The app is provided "as is."

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
