1. Overview

TalkToTask (“the App”) is a productivity automation tool powered by AI. We maintain the highest standards of data integrity and transparency.

2. Voice Data & Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the App requires:

* **Microphone Access**: Used solely when you manually initiate a recording.

* **Processing**: Voice data is transcribed and parsed by AI providers (Gemini/OpenAI) ephemerally. Original audio files are not stored on our servers.

3. Local-First Architecture

All resulting task lists, summaries, and extracted metadata are stored exclusively on your device. We do not maintain a cloud database of your personal thoughts or goals.

4. Third-Party Services

We use secure industrial providers:

* **Firebase**: For analytics and crash logging.

* **Calendar API**: We integrate with your local device calendar with your explicit permission.

5. Disclosure: AI-Generated Content

TalkToTask uses AI to identify tasks and rewrite notes. These models are used for real-time processing and are not trained on your private inputs for use by others.

6. Data Deletion

Users retain full control. To permanently erase all tasks and transcripts:

* Go to Device Settings -> Apps -> TalkToTask -> "Clear Storage."

* Uninstalling the App will also purge all local databases.
