Terms of Service for SpatiaMind

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using SpatiaMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpatiaMind on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

### 4.1 Pro Features

Certain features (AR Mode, Unlimited Maps, Audio Notes) require a SpatiaMind Pro subscription. Pricing is displayed clearly within the App.

### 4.2 Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. Your Apple ID will be billed automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior.

### 4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

### 4.4 Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

5. User Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all mind maps, audio notes, and data you create. We do not claim any rights over your content, and we cannot access it as it is stored locally on your device.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any illegal activities or in any way that violates the rights of third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The SpatiaMind name, logo, software, and interface are the exclusive property of Mactrix XR Space.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACTRIX XR SPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
