1. Introduction

Mactrix XR Space (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the SpatiaMind mobile application (“App”). We built SpatiaMind on a simple principle: your thinking is yours. This document outlines our data practices in full transparency.

2. Information We Collect

### 2.1 What We Do NOT Collect

SpatiaMind is a "Local-First" application. We do NOT collect, transmit, or store on any server:

* The content of your mind maps, canvases, or connections.

* Your audio note recordings.

* Your name, email address, or personal identifiers.

* Location, GPS data, or biometric information.

### 2.2 Data Stored Locally

All content you create — mind maps, node data, and audio notes — is stored exclusively on your iPhone or iPad. We have zero access to this data. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

### 2.3 Subscription & Purchase Data

To manage your SpatiaMind Pro subscription, we use **RevenueCat**, a third-party service. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat may receive:

* An anonymous identifier (not linked to your personal identity).

* Apple purchase receipts and transaction history.

* Your country or region (for tax and fraud prevention).

* Subscription status and renewal dates.

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details.

3. Device Permissions

* **Camera (ARKit)**: Used exclusively to render your mind maps in your physical room in real-time. We do not capture, save, or transmit any video or imagery.

* **Microphone**: Used only when you choose to record an audio note onto a node. Recordings stay on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following reputable providers:

* **Apple App Store**: For payment processing and distribution.

* **RevenueCat**: For subscription management (Privacy: revenuecat.com/privacy).

We do not use advertising networks or invasive analytics tools.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

* **On-Device Data**: Remains on your device until you delete the content or uninstall the App.

* **Subscription Data**: Retained by RevenueCat according to their data retention policies to fulfill your subscription.

* **Right to Erase**: To delete all local data, simply uninstall the App. Since we hold no personal data on our servers, there is no server-side record to erase.

6. Children’s Privacy

SpatiaMind is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
