1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SleepPublish (“the App”). By utilizing our AI content autopilot, you agree to these Terms.

2. Content Generation & Autopilot

SleepPublish utilizes Large Language Models to research, write, and publish blog articles on behalf of the user.

3. Content Ownership & Responsibility

* **Ownership**: You own the copyright to the articles generated through your account.

* **Editorial Responsibility**: You are the "Publisher of Record." You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content published through SleepPublish complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the policies of your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

* **Fact-Checking**: AI can produce inaccuracies. We strongly recommend using the "Review Before Publish" mode for critical brand content.

4. CMS Access & Security

To publish, SleepPublish requires authorization tokens for your website. You are responsible for the security of these tokens. revoking access within SleepPublish stops all automated publishing.

5. Subscription & API Usage

* **Limits**: Unlimited plans are subject to "Fair Use" policies to ensure system stability for all users.

* **Billing**: Handled via the official App Store/Play Store.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use SleepPublish to generate:

* Automated spam for deceptive purposes (black-hat SEO).

* Hate speech, misinformation, or sexually explicit blog content.

* Content that infringes on third-party trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of Results

Mactrix XR Space does not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic increases, or search engine position. We provide the engine; you provide the strategy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any account de-indexing, CMS bans, or regulatory penalties resulting from the content generated by the AI.

9. Governing Law

Subject to local jurisdiction and international intellectual property standards.
