SACRED HABIT — PRIVACY POLICY

MactrixXR ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Sacred Habit mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using Sacred Habit, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

* Email address

* Authentication credentials (encrypted)

* A unique user identifier (UID)

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the information you authorize those services to share (typically your email address and name).

1.2 Habit and Spiritual Practice Data

We collect data you enter into the App, including:

* Habit names, completion records, and schedules

* Rule of life configurations

* Custom habit titles and descriptions

* Habit completion dates and streaks

This data is synced to our cloud database (Google Firebase Firestore) so you can access it across devices.

1.3 Confession Preparation Data

The App includes a confession preparation companion. All confession-related data, including:

* Examination of conscience selections

* Private confession notes

* Confession history dates

is stored ONLY on your local device using encrypted storage. Confession preparation data is NEVER transmitted to our servers, NEVER synced to the cloud, and NEVER shared with any third party.

1.4 Subscription and Purchase Data

If you subscribe to Sacred Habit Premium, Apple processes your payment. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We receive:

* Whether you have an active subscription

* Subscription type (weekly or annual)

* A pseudonymous subscriber identifier

We do NOT receive your payment method, credit card number, or Apple ID password.

1.5 Device and Usage Data

We may collect:

* Device type and operating system version

* App crash logs and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics)

* General usage patterns (which features are used)

We do NOT collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

* Provide and maintain the App's features

* Sync your habits and progress across devices

* Send you habit reminders and notifications you have configured

* Process and manage your subscription

* Improve the App's performance and fix bugs

* Respond to your support requests

We do NOT use your data for advertising.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

We do NOT build advertising profiles from your data.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services:

* Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics) (Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

* RevenueCat (Subscription management) (Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy)

* Apple App Store (Payment processing) (Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/)

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and provide protection of user data equal to or exceeding the standards described in this policy.

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Your habit data is retained as long as your account is active. You may:

* Delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the App. This permanently removes all your synced data from our servers.

* Clear confession preparation data at any time from the Confession tab. This data exists only on your device and is never recoverable once cleared.

* Export your data as a JSON file from the Account tab before deleting your account.

When you delete your account:

* All habit, rule, and progress data is permanently deleted from Firebase

* Your authentication credentials are removed

* Local data on your device remains until you uninstall the App

* Confession data on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

* All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS

* Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption

* Confession data is stored using Flutter Secure Storage with platform-level encryption (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences)

* Firestore security rules restrict data access to authenticated users viewing only their own data

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Sacred Habit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

* Access the personal data we hold about you

* Request correction of inaccurate data

* Request deletion of your data

* Export your data in a portable format

* Withdraw consent for data processing

8. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Sacred Habit offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

* Weekly subscription

* Annual subscription

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
